New apartment, unbeatable location, magnificent views. Staff were great, they made our stay excellent. Appreciated ironing, offered free of charge. Bed was comfortable and there were multi-channel television, a fridge and a dining area in the room. The venue left overall nice impression, nevertheless the bathroom here was cold.

Big size apartment for exceptional value. Spotless and cozy accommodation. The bed was large, hardly wanted to go outside. The bathroom itself was luxurious, had hairdryers, a walk-in shower and towels. Great service from the host.

On the whole, it's convenient base for having fun and exploring Puerto de la Cruz. The host met us and explained everything. Wooden balcony was a bonus! Location is BEST POSSIBLE, can't be beat.
